Not sure where to start? Most athletes begin with the Accelerator.

The problem

Most Masters athletes are training like they’re still 25.

If training feels like a losing battle against your own body, you’re not imagining it. These are the frustrations almost every Masters athlete runs into.

Recovery takes longer

You feel sessions for days. Back-to-back hard days that used to be routine now wreck the week.

Injuries keep returning

The same shoulder, the same knee, the same lower back, flaring up every time you build momentum.

Progress has stalled

You’re working hard but the numbers won’t move. The same lifts, the same times, month after month.

Time is limited

Work and family come first. You have a few hours a week, and you can’t afford to waste a single one.

Generic programming fails you

Following the same workouts as 20-somethings is exactly what’s leaving you sore, stuck and injured.

You don’t know what to prioritise

Strength? Engine? Skills? Mobility? With limited time, guessing wrong costs you months.

Why it happens

Why Masters athletes struggle.

It isn’t age. It’s the training. Most programming is written for a 25-year-old body that recovers fast and bounces back from anything, so it piles on intensity, ignores recovery, and never tells you what to prioritise.

Follow that long enough and the result is predictable: nagging injuries, stalled numbers, and the slow slide most athletes wrongly accept as “getting older.”

The answer isn’t training harder.

It’s training smarter.

The difference

Why Luke’s coaching is different.

Every plan is engineered around how athletes over 35 actually adapt, recover and perform, not a generic template. That’s the difference between battling your body and building on it.

Built for recovery, not just intensity

Programming is periodised around how you actually recover, so you train hard and stay healthy.

Injuries handled, not ignored

Rehab and bulletproofing are built in, so the same old issues stop derailing your progress.

You learn the why

Education means you make smarter calls on your own training for the rest of your athletic life.

Time-efficient by design

Built for real schedules. Clear priorities mean your limited hours go to what actually moves the needle.

In their words

What athletes say.

Luke really helped with my lower back pain at a time when I’d pretty much lost all hope it was going to get better. He gave me the belief it could improve with the right progressions, and got me working on all the weaker muscle groups I’d been avoiding because I was scared of my back flaring up. The time I’ve spent with Luke has given me so much confidence that I’m not going to break if I put more weight on the bar.

Jack Verman Jack VermanCame back from a lower-back injury

Within the first couple of weeks my body massively improved. Less pain, moving properly again. That had a knock-on effect on my mental state, knowing I wasn’t going to be limited anymore. Luke’s knowledge on injury prevention and rehab is phenomenal, but it’s the way he truly connects and cares about you that sets him apart. One of the best decisions I’ve made.

Matt MattGot his life back on track

I now have a life outside the gym and my knees don’t hurt. I’m the fittest, strongest and healthiest I’ve ever been, and I’m doing the least amount of training I ever have. I couldn’t be happier.

Jackson McGregor Jackson McGregorFittest, strongest and healthiest ever

I’d been training for over 10 years and was really struggling to get my squat numbers up. I had bad ankle mobility and it felt like nothing was working. Working with Luke changed that. You won’t regret it one bit. The only thing you’ll regret is not starting sooner.

Zach Zidan Zach Zidan10+ years training, finally progressing

It’s probably one of the best decisions I’ve made. Luke, with all his confidence and knowledge, trumps that with the interpersonal skills and understanding he has. He connects and truly cares about you.

Luke knows when to push, he knows when to pull back and how to bring out the best in you, because he’s worked and walked his own path himself. If you get the chance to work with him, take it. You won’t just become a better athlete, you’ll become a better version of yourself.

Common questions

Still wondering if it’s right for you?

Not at all. Plenty of athletes in the Accelerator simply want to keep training hard, stay healthy and feel strong for years. The same smart-training principles that help you compete are the ones that keep you progressing whether or not you ever step on a competition floor.
No. The decline most athletes accept usually comes from training the wrong way, not from age itself. When recovery, intensity and skill work are managed properly, athletes in their 40s, 50s and beyond regularly hit lifetime PRs. That’s the entire reason this program exists.
Most gym classes are written for the average member, not for a Masters athlete trying to improve. The Accelerator can replace that programming or be layered alongside it, and you’ll learn how to make smart adjustments so your training finally fits your body and your goals.
The programming is designed for real lives and limited schedules. Sessions are built to fit the time you have, with clear priorities so your hours go to what actually moves the needle, not junk volume. Most athletes train three to five days a week.
Standard CrossFit gym equipment covers everything. If you train in a garage gym or have limited kit, the programming includes scaling and substitution options so you can still follow along and progress.
Weekly live calls give you a direct line to ask questions, review your training and get guidance on what to prioritise. Can’t make it live? Calls are recorded so you can watch back and still submit questions in advance.
